
Journalism professor Gina Shelton visited with yearbook and newspaper students today about the Lemke Journalism Project at the University of Arkansas. The program is a six-week program, hosted by the UofA, for students to explore issues in NWA.

Families will have an opportunity to learn about course offerings, the Houses at HBHS, and other ways to be involved in high school.

A group of Har-Ber FCCLA Officers provided Christmas gifts for patients at Arkansas Children’s Hospital Northwest Students delivered the gifts last week and had the opportunity to tour the hospital.



Junior Parents,
This is a reminder that all ACT Accommodations forms (blue form) are due on Friday, December 20th. If your student would like to take the ACT and receive accommodations, please return this form to the front office by Friday.

The Har-Ber Wildcats took to the pool this past Friday at the BWHS Invite. The A-Relay consisting of Abigail Livingston, Saylor Wilson, Emily Reaves and Sarah Pope qualified for state in the 200 Medley Relay. Saylor dropped time in her 200 IM for her high school swim career by 4 seconds and earned a state time in that event. Both Emily and Sarah had a top 16 finish in the 50 free inching closer to a state cut in those events. David Wallace qualified for state in another individual event, he finished 6th in the 200 free. He also finished 2nd out of the whole meet in the 100 free. These swimmers will continue to train looking forward to their next swim meet Jan. 27th at the Jones Center.
